Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting Casa + Jardin! Every product is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected botanical ingredients, and every digital guide is created to make botanical wellness education accessible, practical and inspiring.
Because of the nature of our products, the following return policy applies.
Botanical Body Care & Herbal Products
At Casa + Jardin, each product is handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected botanical ingredients. We strive to provide you with the highest quality products.
Due to the nature of our herbal and body care items, we are unable to accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will gladly evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item (excluding original shipping charges).

- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping packaging
This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Candles
Our candles are handcrafted using 100% soy wax, a natural material that may develop slight cosmetic variations or frosting due to temperature changes during shipping. These natural variations do not affect the quality, safety or performance of your candle and are not considered defects.
If your candle arrives damaged during transit, we are happy to replace the item or issue a refund (excluding shipping costs). Please inspect your order upon delivery and e-mail us within 48 hours of receipt if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product.

Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of digital guides, PDFs and downloadable resources are final. Once your purchase has been completed and the file has been delivered or made available for download, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds.
If you have trouble accessing your download, receive an incorrect file or encounter a corrupted file, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We'll gladly help resolve any technical issues and ensure you receive the product you purchased.
