We ship our products within 2–5 business days. Please note that our primary shipping days are Monday–Wednesday due to the nature of our handcrafted, small-batch products.

During the warmer months (May–September), we highly recommend selecting Priority 1 to 2 Day Shipping at checkout to help maintain the texture and consistency of heat-sensitive products during transit, including our soy wax candles, salves and body butters.

If your skin or body care product arrives softened, melted or runny, simply place it in the refrigerator for a short period to allow it to re-solidify. The quality, effectiveness, and integrity of the product will remain unchanged.
