At Casa + Jardin, each product is handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected botanical ingredients. We strive to provide you with the highest quality products.

Due to the nature of our herbal and body care items, we are unable to accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales are final.

Our candles are made with 100% soy wax, which can naturally respond to changes in temperature during shipping. Slight variations in appearance may occur and do not affect the quality or performance of the candle.

If your candle arrives damaged during transit, we are happy to replace the item or issue a refund (excluding shipping costs). Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receipt if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product.

To report an issue, please email hello@casaandjardin.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
