    Add 1–2 tablespoons of herbs to a pot of water. Cover and bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let steep for at least 5 minutes to allow the herbs to release their beneficial properties.

    Alternatively, add a handful of herbs to a ceramic bowl and pour boiling water over them. With a clean face, drape a towel over your head to create a steam tent. Lean over the bowl, breathe deeply and enjoy.

    Optional: Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Follow with toner or moisturizer.
