To Use: Add 1-2 tablespoons of herbs to a pot of water. Cover and bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let steep for at least 5 minutes to allow the herbs to release their beneficial properties. Alternatively, you can add a handful of herbs to a ceramic bowl and pour boiling water over them. With a clean face, drape a towel over your head to create a steam tent. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil if you would like to enhance your experience. Lean over the pot, breathe deeply and enjoy! Follow with your favorite toner or moisturizer.
